  • Shahina graduated in 2011 with Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from India and Diploma in Health and Fitness promotion in 2014 from Canada.
  • She practices dry needling and is certified in Concussion Management, Vestibular Rehabilitation, TMJ Rehabilitation, she also uses McKenzie methods to treat necks, backs and other joints.
  • Shahina believes in active rehabilitation and team work, where she works with clients to achieve their goals with a combination of education, manual therapy techniques, dry needling and individualized exercise programs.
  • She works with clients of all age groups, enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries and orthopedic conditions, with a special interest in Vestibular and Concussion management.
  • She likes hiking, biking, exploring various trails in and around the city, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
  • She is fluent in English, Hindi, Guajarati and Urdu.
